Explorecitylife.com is a software application operated by City Life Technologies Limited (a duly registered company in Nigeria with its RC 2021712). We make bookings reservations relatively easy on behalf of your Customers (Users) for accommodation, Beauty Services and health care service. The terms "we", "us", "our", refers to Explorecitylife.com who creates the software application. "You", "your", "yours" ‘, ‘Service Provider’ refers to companies and businesses that we grant access via links to allow your customers make reservations and payment for the services. While “Customer”, “users” and “they” are references to Business Customers who make use of our application in order to make reservations and payments after registering via our app.

The use of our website/software is governed by the Terms and Conditions set forth. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USE. By using, accessing or downloading our software, you agree to follow the terms and provisions as outlined below.

ELIGIBILITY TO USE OF OUR PRODUCT

To use our Product, you must be a legally registered business in Nigeria and your business is not used for illegal activities such as money laundering, fraud or other vices. You accept to be solely liable for the result caused by the inaccuracy of this information or failure to update this information The information submitted to ExploreCityLife.com are subject to our verification, at any time. We may request documents from you to aid our verification. Where we find that the information provided by you to be false or incomplete, we have the right to request you provide us accurate information before continuing our business relationship with you or we may discontinue our engagement with you where we deem it safe to do so. 1. As a User, access and use the Site/Software, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or 13 years old if you are registering with the supervision of an adult parent or guardian). The Site is only intended for individuals that are 18 years or older, or 13 years or older with the supervision of an adult parent or guardian. You are advised not to visit this service if you under 13 years old. Don’t try to impersonate anyone else when you create your account. User are required to fill in their information accurately. Information that could be required from the User are their full names, email addresses, bank card details and specification of the User’s reservations. If User’s information changes at any time, please update the account to reflect those changes.
4. User must be willing to only use this Service to make legitimate reservations as Customer or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.
5. User guarantee not to use the software for illegal transactions, breach of the provision of any Applicable Law or regulations, violate rights of third party, interrupt the use of our service or modify, disassemble or reverse engineer any software composed in or in any way making up a part of our Product.
6. In some cases, an account may be assigned to you by an administrator. If you are using or logging into an account assigned to you by an administrator, additional terms may apply to your use of the Sites. Moreover, your administrator may be able to access or disable your account without our involvement.
7. User should not share account with anyone else and should keep your password confidential. If you believe that your account has been compromised at any time, please notify your system administrator.
8. We hereby grant User permission to visit and use the Site for information and personal use only (and, where appropriate, the internal business purposes of your Organization), subject to these Terms and your compliance with applicable law.
9. Loss caused by incorrect or inaccurate information especially account details provided by User is not our responsibilities. NO PARTNERSHIP OR JOINT VENTURE

We may be obliged to disclose this information in complying with constituted authorities and order of the court or third parties under certain conditions. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

When User makes booking, it means that User agrees to this Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
ExploreCitylife.com enables you to search for services from various Service Providers and instruct Us to reserve one or all of these Third-Party Services on your behalf. You For placing orders and payment processing, your Users will be required to provide their full names, email addresses, and bank card details where applicable. Information we require may include: Name and Email Address of the User Payment Details of the User Details of the Users’ Order We do not save the User’s debit card details and cannot be held liable by User for wrong or incomplete account information filled by the User or a debit caused by bad network. We are not liable to reimburse User. User may contact the Service Provider or their bank for a refund where applicable. Upon your request and payment of respective prices as charged by the Third-Party Service Providers and as possible under your contractual relationship with the Third-Party Service Providers or agreements between the Third-Party Service Providers and ExploreCityLife.com, we shall
a. process changes of your Third-Party Service Reservations,
b. process your requests to order further Third-Party Services. We are not responsible for the quality of Service of the Service Provider. Any complaint on the condition of Service of Businesses should be made to their Service Providers and not to us. ExploreCityLife.com do not have relationship with Business Customers unless to get additional information about their bookings or to conduct survey about our services from the Business and their Customers for our internal use. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIE

The arbitration/mediation will take place within Nigeria. This dispute resolution can involve third party providing any product, service, or benefit in connection with the Services or these Terms (as well as any related or prior agreement that you may have had with us) if such third party is named as a co-party with us in any controversy, dispute, demand, claim, or cause of action subject to this Section. Unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties in writing, the arbitration/mediation will be governed by the Nigeria Arbitration and Mediation Act, 2023.To the extent permitted by applicable law, you shall not go to court to assert or defend your rights except when mediation/arbitration fails. Any contentions, claims by you evolving from your access to use this website must be brought within one year from the time which such action arose. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
